TEDxFSCJ "Lessons Beyond the Learning Edge"

TEDxFSCJ is a unique, single-day conference, inspired by TED, and produced by a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff, and will explore the ways in which we, as perpetual students of life and the living world, can engage ourselves in constant learning and betterment with Lessons Beyond the Learning Edge, this year’s conference theme.

The conference will feature 9 speakers, and will engage students of FSCJ for an entire day. A gourmet lunch will be provided in the Lakeside Room, and each attendee will receive a TEDxFSCJ t-shirt.

This event is FREE: Thanks to the generous support of Florida State College and the Wilson Center for the Arts, this event is free for all attendees.

Seating is limited: Attendance is limited by license to 100. Therefore, we seek those students who can commit to attending the full conference, and who will be the most likely to SPREAD the ideas presented to them. A registration does not guarantee seating. Those with reservations will be seated with priority over those who do not. Seating is on First Come First Served Basis- get to check-in early!

Check-in: Check-in is at the rear entrance to the Wilson Center for the Arts. VIP check-in begins at 9:00am. Check-in for general reservations begins at 9:45. Check-in closes at 10:00am sharp. GET THERE EARLY! While check-in for general reservations does not begin until 9:45, you will be called to check-in and register in the order in which you arrived, and should plan to arrive well before 9:45am to assure a seat.

Lunch Choices, Black Sheep:

Black Sheep Club- country ham, roast turkey, swiss cheese, thick cut bacon, tomoato, galic aioli.

Roast Ratatouille- ciabatta, pesto aioli, slow roastes tomato relish (vegetarian).

Chicken & Marcona Almond Salad- tarragon aioli, red currants, celery.
